Just purchased mine and am using it on Fedora 10. It works well on my mid-level machine. Though it's a 2-D game, it requires libGLU. Gameplay is pretty smooth except for Chapters that have a lot of moving objects in them.

Game is like a cross of Lemmings and The Incredible Machine with art elements made from the marriage of Dr. Seuss and Tim Burton.

All-in-all, a quality release for a quality game.

I already paied for it on the Wii - I just paied for it a second time on Linux: I can play in the train this way, and I support an indie game developper releasing games on my platform of choice!

Love World of Goo. Dig Linux... it's always nice to see some more effort in the Linux world.

The people that dev Linux could do all of us some good if they would put some effort into intelligent nomenclature.

Every time I've attempted a Linux install I have to look up dozens of things that should be named in such a way that they would be intuitive to a user.

For instance... How about "Linux Boot Loader" instead of "Grub" ?

Maybe I'm dense but "Grub" doesn't mean much to me.

going by the comments on 2DBoy's blog, one major factor in its popularity is the lack of PITA DRM. couple this and the Linux factor together and we've got a winner :)

anything linux just gets too much attention on the net. It's gotta be that we love penguins

and like you said above, it already drove my attention, if it weren't for this article i would not be aware is also available for my Wii. I will definitely try out the linux and wii versions :)

looks original, interesting and fun
