Nah, nice theme, but after 3 days, i miss apt. although ubuntu could use some first aid kit magic (though i haven't had a chance to use the feature yet.).

I'm gonna give this a try until Ubuntu 9.04 comes out. Even if I like 8.10, I feel like a change of scenery wont hurt. Apart from the fact that I have not got my hands dirty with fedora yet (like with the smörgåsbord of dists I used before ubuntu), so I'm just really curious.

I will probably be switching to Fedora 10 from Kubuntu 8.10. In my experience, Fedora's consistently had better hardware support and their distros are often rock solid as long as you don't expect extra fancy looks like you get with OpenSUSE. But the hassle of constantly adjusting my conf and x.org settings with the Ubuntu family has grown tiresome for me.
